Scientists and Lawyers: what can they tell each other?
From artificial intelligence to gene editing, from autonomous systems to telemedicine: these are some of the main themes that address the ethical, legal, regulatory and political issues nowadays.
Emerging technologies and scientific discoveries are in fact raising novel legal issues and rapidly transforming both the substance and practice of law in almost every area. The chosen approach is to give centrality to the scientists asking them to identify the issues in their field of research that are in greater need of solutions offered by the law.
